We provide residential home inspections, wind mitigation inspections, and 4-point inspections in the State of Florida. All inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice set by InterNACHI unless otherwise required by law.

Inspection Agreement Requirement
All clients must sign a pre-inspection agreement via Spectora before services are performed. This agreement governs the scope, limitations, and legal protections of the inspection.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to the inspection.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and cash.
No refunds are provided.
Cancellations may be rescheduled, and deposits may be applied to a future appointment.
Scope of Inspection
All inspections are:
Visual and non-invasive
Not technically exhaustive
Not a guarantee or warranty
Not a code compliance inspection
Not an appraisal
We do not test for mold, radon, asbestos, lead, or environmental hazards unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Liability is limited to 1.5 times the inspection fee.
We are not liable for unreported defects or future conditions.
We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Claims & Disputes
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
Clients must allow access for re-inspection before repairs.
Legal claims must be filed within 1 year of the inspection date.
Venue for disputes shall be in Florida.
You waive the right to a jury trial.
Third-Party Use
Inspection reports are prepared for the client. Third parties relying on reports do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for third-party interpretation.
Online Booking Terms
Bookings made online are not confirmed until:
We verify the appointment by phone
The agreement is signed
Payment is received
Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Bay Life Home Inspections, LLC. Inspection reports belong to the client.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
